Shipping policy

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take a little longer—but we’ll always keep you in the loop.


Shipping Rates & Methods:

We offer the following shipping options:


Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days | $X.XX flat rate


Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days | $X.XX flat rate



Note: Shipping times are estimated from the date your order leaves our warehouse.


International Shipping:

 International delivery times vary depending on customs and local postal services. Buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.


Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package anytime.


Shipping Address:

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Underground Apparel is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.


Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@underground-apparel-acc.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or offer a replacement if needed.
